  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging,  An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product, you can request shipping video . 
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.

  • You may initiate a return within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • After the return period expires, we may not be able to process your return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@futurestore.pk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

4. Return Authorization (RA) Number:

  • You will be issued an RA number upon approval of your return request.
  • Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

5. Shipping the Return:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our designated return address.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

6. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund or replacement within 5 business days.
